In the event of a dispute arising from the use or contents of our website we fastbuggies and you the user, agree to exclusively accept the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales .

You agree that information or material accessed or downloaded through our web pages for personal or private use is done so entirely at your own risk and that you accept responsibility for any damage to hardware or software or data loss even if we are aware of the possibilities of such damage.

Trading Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Fastbuggies. Please read carefully before placing any order.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales . Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All transactions with Fastbuggies will be governed by these terms and conditions.
All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to Fastbuggies. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by Fastbuggies

Prices
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders via our online shop Fastbuggies As part of the ordering procedure you will be able to check your order details prior to final 'checkout'. All online orders will be sent an email acknowledgment within 2 working days. Working days mean Monday to Friday exclusive of UK Bank holidays/public holidays. All online transactions are paid via credit or debit cards. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Delivery

Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible, normally within 12-22 working days. Within 48hours of purchasing you will be e-mailed with you will be e-mailed with your delivery date. Free delivery is standard, to U.K. mainland only. Charges for different delivery services can by obtained by contacting Fastbuggies directly. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales. For areas such as Ireland, southern Ireland, and any off main land islands please contact us as there is a delivery surcharge added.

Before signing to receive the goods, please check the item for any damage as you are declaring that you have received the goods in perfect condition. If you find that the item is damaged, you MUST notify us within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any damage after this period. Please note that the items are delivered within steel frames so damage is unlikely to occur with the bikes, even if the boxes may be damaged. If the item is damaged upon delivery, we will either repair or replace the item in question at our discretion. Any items that are returned must be in their original packaging.
** Please note: There is an additional charge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands of £30 **

Cancellation

Outstanding orders can be cancelled until time of dispatch. Please refer to the Distance Selling Regulations paragraph below. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failure to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you via e-mail to sales at fastbuggies within 24 hours of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Fastbuggies as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. You can e-mail sales at fast quads or telephone 0208 133156 quoting your Order number, full name and address and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item. Returned items must be accompanied by your Order Number, name and address and must in the original packaging. Customers should arrange their own return courier. If, however Fastbuggies are required to arrange pickup and return delivery of an item, the full cost of arranging that service will be deducted from the refunded amount. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery, and if applicable, the cost of return delivery, within thirty days.

Product

Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Guarantee

All products offered are guaranteed for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated from the date of delivery against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. All goods supplied by us are warranted to be of sound workmanship and materials, and suitable for the purpose for which they are designed under fair conditions. Our liability under this Warranty will be limited to the replacement of parts against any goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, provided that such faults have not been caused by accident, your misuse of the goods, poor maintenance or your negligence.

Warranty Detail

If within the first 30 days your machine develops a fault, you must contact us and we will:-
A. Advise best course of action to rectify the problem.
B. Send parts, without charge, during the first 30 days, providing the parts required are under warranty.
C. Customers will be expected to fit parts themselves, guidance and support will be available on technical issues.
D. If a machine repair is not possible by the customer, we request the product be returned to Fastbuggies, for repair. The product MUST be returned in its original packing box, complete with packing materials. OR the customer at his/her own expense can authorise a qualified mechanic to correctly fit the parts.
E. We will collect the machine, carry out the repair and return at our cost. However if the fault or repair is not covered under warranty, courier charges for collection and delivery and labour rates of £30 per hour will apply along with the cost of replaced parts. The machine will not be returned until these charges have been paid by the customer.
F. If the original packing has been discarded, then it will be the customers' responsibility to return the machine to us, including all carriage costs. No responsibility will be accepted by Fastbuggies for any damage incurred whatsoever during transport.
Please clearly identify the area or part that has failed. All items must be returned in a clean, dry and safe condition.

3. Fairings and Bodywork
4. Pull Starter Inner Cogs
5. Brake Calipers
6. Exhaust Pipes
7. Batteries, switches, bulbs
8. Tyres, valves and Inner Tubes
9. Radiators and Engine Hoses
10. Any part that has been damaged as a result of accident damage or lack of maintenance.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail sales Fastbuggies.co.uk or telephone 0208 1333156 quoting your Order number, full name and address and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item. You must take reasonable care of the items, and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the collection costs from the refund given.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition, and with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
Pricing and Print Errors
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Fastbuggies until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
Complaints
Any complaint can be communicated directly to Fastbuggies via email to info@Fastbuggies We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers Fastbuggies, its Web sites, and any other method of selling.
You can browse our site(s) without disclosing any personal data to us. Any links to third party web sites are covered by the third parties privacy policies.
We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.
We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. (registration, placing an order). All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will provide you with a readable copy of any personal data that we may hold about you, within thirty days of receipt of your request. We will require proof of your identity before releasing any data. We will provide the information at a charge of £10.00 payable with your request.
In instances where you find information that we hold about you to be inaccurate we will correct or delete it promptly.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a copy of any personal data held, but will give reasons for our refusal.

IMPORTANT! - Our Quads and Bikes are for non-competition off-road use on private property only unless road legal where the high way code rules apply. Use is at your own risk. Adult supervision is required for the safe use of all Children's Quads and Bikes. If you permit a child to ride these or any other motorised vehicle you are responsible for their safety and the safety of others.
They may require a small amount of home assembly. Instruction and a basic tool set will be provided, but a competent adult must carry this out. Safety procedures, routine maintenance checks, the wearing of safety equipment and proper training is recommended for the users of Quads and Bikes and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure these are in place. Failure to meet these requirements may result in serious injury or even death.
